At JONAK Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
